About Justin Adams

Justin Adams (BSc Hons, MEng, MBA) is ar chartered engineer with over thirty years of engineering experience, fifteen of these in engineering consulting at senior level, mainly in the UK defence sector.

Justin has experience of the full product lifecycle including research and development, concept development, assessment, design, manufacture and in-service.

Justin’s main skills are systems engineering and engineering management, with specific expertise in complex system design, system modelling, cyber security, safety and software engineering. Justin also has extensive domain knowledge of maritime radar systems, airborne electronic warfare, and maritime communication systems.
